Home Organizing & Decluttering

We work room by room or across the whole house. Sometimes that means clearing out what you no longer use, sometimes it means building systems around what’s left, and usually it’s both. Every system starts with how your household actually uses the space: who reaches for what, and where things end up when nobody’s thinking about it.
Great for: Busy households, homes that have outgrown their setup, and anyone simplifying toward a more minimal home.
Move Prep & Unpacking
No living out of boxes for six months.
Before a move, we help you sort and pare down so you only pack what’s coming with you. After, we unpack and set up the new place around how you’ll use it, so the kitchen works the first week and the garage doesn’t fill up with mystery boxes.
Book one side or both. Plenty of clients call us after the movers leave.
Great for: Anyone preparing for a move, and people settling into a new home in Northern Colorado.
Downsizing & Senior Living Moves
When a home’s worth of things has to fit somewhere smaller.
Whether it’s a smaller house, an independent living apartment, or a room in assisted living or memory care, downsizing means deciding what comes along, what goes to family, and what gets donated, often on a tighter timeline than anyone would like. We sort with care, pack from start to finish, and set up the new space so familiar things end up in familiar places: the favorite quilt on the bed, family photos where they’ll be seen, the kitchen arranged the way it always was.
We work directly with the person moving, their caregiver, or both, and coordinate with movers, facility staff, and family along the way. The pace is set by what someone has spent a lifetime gathering, not by how fast we can box it up.
Great for: Downsizing to a smaller home; moves into independent living, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing; and families clearing out a parent’s house.
How it Works

About 20 minutes, with nothing to prepare. You tell us about the space and what you’d like to be different, and we both get a sense of whether it’s a good fit.

If it’s a fit, we come out to walk through the space with you, usually a week or two before the work begins. We talk through your goals, take measurements, and look at what you already have before suggesting anything new.
Afterward, you’ll get a proposal with the plan, pricing, and any product estimate, so you know the full cost before anything is booked or ordered.

We start with a quick walkthrough to confirm the plan. Then everything comes out of the space and gets sorted into categories. You’re welcome to help, but you don’t need to. It’s usually better to save your energy for deciding what stays, and that part is entirely yours. Nothing leaves your house without your say.
Then we put everything back, with labels and systems built around how you use the space.
Bigger projects are split across sessions, each ending at a natural stopping point, and on full days we take a carload of donations with us.

We show you where everything landed and why, and change anything that doesn’t fit how you live.
Maintenance Visits
Systems hold up better with a little upkeep. Some clients book a monthly visit to put away the Costco run and catch what’s drifted. Others come back quarterly to reset and adjust what isn’t working anymore. Seasonal visits handle the bigger swaps: winter coats and ski gear come out, and summer clothes and camping gear get put away until next year.
We work by the session, not by the hour.
