Every project is different. Our rates reflect time on-site — the hands-on work of sorting, editing, and building systems that fit how you actually live.
DAILY RATES
Half-Day
$325
Up to 4 hours on-site. A good entry point for smaller, defined spaces.
Full-Day
$595
Up to 7 hours on-site. For a whole room or a large storage space.
BUNDLES
3-Day Bundle
$1,650
3 full-days on site. For multi-room projects and large single-spaces.
5-Day Bundle
$2,650
5 full-days on site. For whole-home projects or significant overhauls.
Bundles are paid upfront and scheduled at the start of your project. Sessions don't expire — use them at whatever pace works for you.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance Visit
$225
For returning clients. Up to 3 hours. A tune-up to keep systems running after a project wraps.
Monthly Maintenance
$195 per month
Same visit, same work — committed recurring rate.
INCLUDED WITH EVERY BOOKING
All time on-site, including sorting, editing, system building, and a walkthrough before we leave. Donation drop-off or haul-away included with every full-day session — up to one carload per day.
ORGANIZING PRODUCTS
Bins, baskets, hangers, dividers, and similar supplies aren't included in session rates. Whenever possible, we work with what you already have. When new products make sense, they're sourced and invoiced separately.
TRAVEL
No travel fee within 40 miles of Longmont, CO.
$0.85 per mile beyond the 40-mile radius. Calculated from Longmont.
