Simple per-session rates, with the full plan and price in writing before anything is booked.
Organizing Sessions
Half day — $325
Up to 4 hours on-site. Right for one defined space, like a pantry, a closet, or a bathroom.
Full day — $595
Up to 7 hours on-site. Right for a garage, a basement, or a whole room. Includes one carload of donations taken with us.
Larger projects usually take more than one session. Your proposal after the scoping visit will show the full plan and price.
Maintenance Visits
For past clients. Up to 3 hours to reset and adjust the systems we’ve already built together.
Monthly — $195/visit
Quarterly — $210/visit
One-time — $225
Good to Know
Always free. The intro call and the scoping visit.
Included in every session. All time on-site, plus a final walkthrough before we leave.
Products. Bins, hangers, and similar supplies aren’t included in session rates. We use what you already have whenever possible. When something new makes sense, you’ll see an estimate before anything is ordered, and products are invoiced separately.
Travel. No travel fee within 40 miles of Longmont. Beyond that, $0.85 per mile round trip.
